The “Dr. Verica Mehandziska” Foundation donated and supported the Twelfth Balkan Convention for Young People Who Defeated Cancer, which is organized by the “SANO” Association. The young survivors (as they call themselves) in Struga had the opportunity to socialize and share their experiences, how they were treated, what their challenges in life are, but also how to move forward. These heroes, with their life success, are an encouragement and motivation for many like them, little heroes, who are currently fighting and are proof that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
